From speaking to people across multiple industries, from North to South, East to West, and with businesses from those just starting out to those already established one thing was abundantly clear – many were not happy with the level of service received and also didn’t feel confident discussing the finances of their business.
We took this and ran with it, thinking hard about how best to support people and came up with this:
